Served in the security CT center, the center has 5 marketing support staff. During this period, all sales of security CT center come from the projects which I have supported. Total sales amounted to about 85 million yuan.In the same year, I won the Best Newcomer Award.

During the start-up stage, I have introduced 3 products. I took charge of marketing planning, including the brand positioning, publicity copyrighting, promotion strategy, channel management, price system, sales, training etc. The total sales reached about 1.8 million yuan, product promotions were successful.In about 3 years, my team was expanded from 2 individuals to 10. During that time, my company had experienced several difficult moments, but my team always followed me. My team members often volunteered to work overtime until after 10 p.m.

As one of the founders, I presided over the development of the first electronic information system for exhibition. The system which can reduce exhibition transaction cost obtained 3 national patents, and had great commercial value. Then I was responsible for marketing. I got the company’s first order - Guangzhou Beauty Fair, and opened market successfully.

Succeed to get the research project in about 500 persons. In the project, I introduced the computer numerical simulation to the materials experiments for the first time. This improvement accelerated the progress of experiment so greatly that I took just one year to complete the project which would have taken double time. As a result, I won the championship in the assessment. As the debate coach of the Material Research Institute, we won the runner-up in 20 debate teams of CAEP.
