辽宁省农业科学院从事大葱遗传育种研究工作20多年，研究员，国家特色蔬菜产业技术体系大葱遗传改良岗位科学家，中国园艺学会葱姜蒜分会副理事长、葱类专业委员会副主任、省蔬菜育种创新团队首席助理；省百千万人才（百人层次）；先后承担省部级各类研究项目26项，获得农业部神农奖1项、省政府科技进步壹等奖1项、贰等奖2项、三等奖2项；主持选育辽葱系列大葱新品种8个，韭菜品种2个，制定省级标准3项。有两项成果具有国际先进水平，有三项成果具有国内领先水平。
