1.  New project. R&D function- Previous research: Base on the request of marketing, evaluate the new product idea according Elux’s standard (EU, US, APAC, LATAM market) to provide optimization suggestion, and identify the supplier- Kick off: Evaluate the ID from the designer, the structure, tooling, program and cost with supplier together and provide optimization suggestion- Product verification: Prototype check, tooling design, trial production testing and improvement. - End: Follow the Max production, create spare part list, optimize the process and cost down. and provide optimization suggestion, create the new design of the structure, collect the info from supplier and internal departments, create the timing plan, check the milestone with Marketing, Lab, safety team and Quality team.  New project-new variant Project Manager + R&D function- Kick off: Got the resource from other departments, lead the team to do the feasibility study, keep good relations and report on time. - Verification: Prototype check, structure design, tooling, cost, schedule, test, certification, service, cost, etc. Coordinate and push all stakeholders to complete projects timely and effectively. 2. Cost saving. Analysis current products by the structure, material, parts and components to cost down the price. Create the timing plan, in charging the tests, CB update and product implementation.3. Quality improvement. Base on the analysis report of Quality team, improve the parts or product which have high risks, high return and complain issues. Technical Engineer1. According to the Europe standard（EK9-BE, EN ISO11680，10517）to do FFU, emission, drop and practical test for all the petrol products(generator, lawn mower, grass trimmer, hedge trimmer, chain saw and so on). Finish the report.2. Analyze the structure, material and the tolerance, check the safety, function and security of the product, finish the report, Evaluate test results and create new solutions and improvements.3. Designing, drawing, making test device for testing.4. Analyze the return goods, provide the improvements and solutions. Technical supervisor 1. Besides the engineer working, assistant the engineer from QA department to inspect and test the order production.2. Do the safety and function test of the samples which prepared for the customers by project engineer. Inspect the quality and performance of every step of the product which the OEM factory is producing for the order.3. Check, analyze and evaluate the new product from the new supplier, provide the report to the Purchase Dept.4. Update the test template which is suitable and right.
