● Implement the foundation for Online to Offline operations (70% of total workload)● Champion the goals of operational programs and services.● Coach, train and develop store management on O2O operational functions and to deliver operational excellence● Prepare weekly and monthly reports for review with field and store team. Ensure adherence performance standard related to O2O shipment efficiency by facilitating regular review and identifying opportunity point for improvement● Communicate and train store team on new enhancement /or changes to the system● Motivate store operational performance by kick off competition program by territory store● Identify local opportunities for measurable process improvement● Implement global/local strategies to drive process improvement● Communicate regularly with geo and field partners to identify challenges, successes, and future● Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports, or other analytical tools to maximize productivity● Identify problems, and priority based on data, design the scalable process and solution, manage timeline, and drive agile execution with measurable business impact. ● Working with global peers and team partners, develop operational process & procedure to efficiency support the store operation and implement HQ standard operating procedures where indicated● Motivate store operational performance by kick off competition program by territory store● Fully leverage global RFID system to implement the inventory management in store.● Work with global team on further function development on RFID related to better stock management.
