My name is Dao Yi Wang. I achieved my master’s degree in chemical engineer of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2019. I am positive attitude, communicative and enjoying in teamwork. I can also work under pressure.My first position was a lithography process engineer in PSMC. My job description was to maintain the SPC system, stabilize the process, deal with trouble lot and troubleshooting on duty. I also needed to cooperate with different department to finish the project and presented to my supervisor. I was also proficient in analyzing the overlay and CD data, even building up the measured recipe.In my career in PSMC I finished one project. Our metal process had a high failure ratio in overlay measurement, so my supervisor asked me to find the root cause and solve it. I analyzed the overlay data and find the root cause was from CMP process. Then, I contacted the engineer of CMP department and discussed with them. Finally, I used the system to control the process and decrease the failure ratio from 12% to 2% monthly. My second job is in solidedge solution as a RD engineer. My main job is to develop the cathode material synthesis process and do the crystal and electrochemical analysis. I only use three months to synthesis the high capacity Ni-rich material successfully, the discharge capacity can around 230 mAh/g. But the Ni-rich cathode material has a bad stability, I try to synthesis the single crystal Ni-rich cathode material to improve it.Because I need to take care my family, I change the job at first time. But now I’m ready and well prepared to face any challenge in semiconductor. My personality and engineering background make me good fit for this position.
