After graduating from university, I joined LEC Inc. I was involved in a wide range of operations and businesses, from procurement and quality control of domestic and overseas contract production of in-house designed products, development of new suppliers in Japan and overseas, start-up of new factories, overseas assignment, research and development of emerging countries, product development, and domestic and overseas sales. After 16 years with the company, I moved to MISUMI Corporation. As in charge of product strategy for the VONA business, an e-commerce site for production overhead materials for manufacturing customers, I contributed to the rapid expansion of the business by steadily working to expand the business through marketing to introduce new brands, products, catalog production, sales promotion activities, and improving customer trust. After transferring to the core business of a mold and die company under the company's FA system, I focused on business improvement and contributed to further business expansion by reviewing business processes and employee training in order to make the most of limited employee resources.After working for MISUMI Corporation for a total of four years, I moved to Asurion Japan Holdings G.K. As a senior manager of the Indirect Procurement Department, I was responsible for establishing fair and sound procurement processes, including reviewing purchasing regulations and changing authorization authority, as well as managing and supervising vendor management, seeking efficient sourcing, and promoting appropriate and effective procurement processes to maximize cost-effectiveness. purchasing opportunities to maximize cost-effectiveness.　In addition, I have initiated operational improvements and struggles daily to improve business processes and transfer administrative tasks in areas other than indirect purchasing.大学卒業後、レック株式会社へ入社。 自社企画品の国内外生産委託先からの調達、品質管理から、国内外の新規仕入先の開拓、新工場の立ち上げ、海外駐在、新興国の調査・開拓に、商品開発や国内外営業まで、様々な業務・事業に携わる。 16年間の在籍の後、株式会社ミスミへ転職。 製造業顧客向けの生産間接材ECサイト・VONA事業の商品戦略担当として、マーケティングを通しての新規ブランド投入、商品投入、カタログ製作、販促活動、顧客信頼度改善等、事業拡大に向けて地道に活動を行い、急速な事業拡大に貢献。 社内FA制度にて、基幹事業である金型企業体へ異動後は、特に業務改善に注力し、限られた社員リソースの活用の為、業務プロセスの見直し、社員教育等を行うことで、更なる業績拡大に貢献した。株式会社ミスミに計4年在籍後、アシュリオンジャパン・ホールディングス合同会社に転職。 間接購買部門のシニアマネジャーとして、購買規程の見直しや決裁権限変更を手始めとして、公正かつ健全な購買プロセスを整備し、管理・監督することに加えて、ベンダーマネジメントや、効率的なソーシングを模索し、適正で効果的な調達プロセスを推進させ、費用対効果の最大化に向けた購買の機会を提供している。　加えて、業務改善にも着手し、間接購買以外の領域での業務プロセス改善やアドミニストレーションの業務移管も行うなど、日々奮闘している。
