 More than 20 years of supply chain (logistics) planning, new plant and vehicle program launch as well as production operation experience in automotive industry (both fuel engine and EV programs). Rich experience of digitalization product planning and designing in supply chain and logistics area for manufacturing operations, being with profound knowledge about enterprise overall digitalization and solution designing, such as WMS, LMS, LMS, TMS etc. Areas being responsible include parts inbound, in-plant logistics (MH), package, finished vehicle yard and distribution, with certain working experience of Non-production purchasing as well. Working in different type of companies such as Chinese State-owned, Sino-Foreign JV, Foreign companies etc., being good at communicating and collaborating cross cultures. Years of team leading, with strong sense and capability of team cooperation and collaboration.
