1. Cooperate with sales team to understand customer needs, and draw up the implementation plan.2. Cooperate with cross functional departments to discuss the feasibility and timetable of the implementation plan.3. Coordinate with cross functional departments to push on the implementation , including the customer's former suppliers. Ensure the quality and schedule.4. Coordinate with the customer and each functional department to participate in the formulation of SOP and KPI, then draw up and on file finally.5. Periodically review operational status and key performance with each function.6. Monitor the billing process and customer account status, ensure the billing timeliness and accuracy.7. Record the service failure & change, coordinate with relevant function to optimize the processes to ensure customer satisfaction.8. Cooperate with relevant functional department to deal with emergencies and complaints, then work out the improvement action.9. Regular Customers visit and maintain customer relationship.

1. Be responsible for the field management of the bonded warehouse, including inventory management, operation efficiency, stocktaking, subordinates' execution. Ensure achieving customers' KPI requirement.2. Personnel management. Be responsible for the daily management and team building of a team above 50 people. Including work arrangement, overtime control, supervision of SOP execution, performance appraisal and monthly review.3. Safety management. Be responsible for daily safety management of storage areas, operating areas, operating facilities(forklift, etc.). Including personnel safety protection, facilities maintenance, potential safety hazard checking and controlling, etc.4. Supplier management. Communication and management of labor service company and transport companies. Participate in monthly review meeting.5. "5S" management. To train and implement 5S . Implement the 5S standard and realize visual management, and conduct daily supervision and guidance.6. Gemba management. By setting up the Gemba route and walking around the site, detect and record the highlights and lowlights, perform PDCA review and improvement.7. Material management. Manage materials such as packaging materials/consumables by the setting up safety stock and purchasing stock.8. Process management. Optimize SOP from the perspective of cost saving and efficiency improvement.9. WMS management. Act as the team leader of the WMS optimization group, cooperation with the WMS engineer to optimize the WMS function.10. Training management. Act as an in-company trainer, draw up annual training plan, and conduct training for employees to learn such as "5S", "safe production", "excellent communication" and "standard packaging" etc.11. Emergency/complaint handling. Analyze and find out the root cause, follow up with PDCA to insure customer satisfaction.12. Be responsible for cross-department communication and coordination, complete other tasks assigned by the manager on time.
