1. Responsible for following Samsung and BT’s baby monitor, successful introduce new customer Samsung and BT, and get the high opinion from Samsung. 2. Take charge of Intelbras’ product DD2700, which is the first product for us, this product not only have DECT function, but also have GSM function, finally, release to production. 3. Take charge of new product--- alertor and IP camera , finally successful release to mass production, this means our company move to a new field. 4. Take charge of new product---camera, currently, have 2 models will release to production after two weeks, and now take over again 3 camera models from Samsung.

1. Responsible for qualify semiconductor assembly materials. Evaluate new materials to satisfy requirement of new process and develop new suppliers to decrease production cost; so that to keep ST’s product are always competitive in semicon market.2. Resolve the problems regarding materials and technic that met during mass production. Analyse material quality problems that met in production process, then communicate with the suppliers to find a solution and monitor the implementation.3. Responsible for the new products introduction, with the technical support from Europe headquarters, carry out the trial run and then release to mass production.4. Be familiar with most of semiconductor material, for example, leadframe, solder paste, solder ball, saw blade, Al/Cu/Au wire, die attached preform, molding compound, ceramic, especially familiarity with sticky foil. 5. Be familiar with process flow, especially on Die Attach & Wire Bond & Molding. 6. Be familiar with failure modle analyse, quality control, reliability. 7. Set-up new production line.
