1. Responsible for Chassis subsystem/components Design and Release for various vehicle programs.2. Lead implementation of FORD product development process / quality operating system and ensure the milestone deliverables to be completed on time with quality. 3. Develop and manage ESOW to ensure all FORD design, quality, engineering support requirements cascaded to supplier correctly 4. Lead suppliers to design and develop components and/or subsystem to meet all requirements including cost/quality/timing. 5. Manage Emerging Market Launch Process and timing to insure flawless commodity launch with quality and on time 6. Oversee prototype build to support NA prototype vehicle build timing with quality
