1. Prepare the Request for Quote (RFQ) with the support of interfacing groups and submit to the Procurement Department. 2. Reconcile the estimating Work Breakdown Spreadsheet (WBS) with the Customers Bid Form and advise the inputting Departments of the required format for MTOs and commercial inputs.3. Ensure that any additional capital assets required for the Tender are documented using the Form of PACA’s and / or ACE’s in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Finance Department.4. Guide the preparation of Engineering, Procurement, QA / QC and other estimates of interfacing department, and participate in the review of the same with the department managers. Ensure that all estimates are adequately supported by historical performance, as may be adjusted to reflect changes in performance that can be reliably predicted.5. Review the estimates provided from interfacing department, and raise any discrepancies with the estimators providing the estimates.6. Coordinate the preparation of a Cash Flow analysis in conjunction with the financial group.7. Responsible for communicating with all departments involved in the bid preparation to determine risks and opportunities.8. Review the Project execution plan and schedule to confirm that the EBS basis is consistent with the same.9. Review the list of exceptions / qualifications / clarifications, to confirm that the same are consistent with the basis of the cost estimate, and advise any additional exceptions / qualifications / clarifications required.10. Update the Executive Bid Summary in accordance with the sell instructions received during bid reviews, and translate the approved cost summary into the customers bid form, accordingly.11. Any other assignments given by Department Manager/Proposal Manager.

1. Responsible to structure analysis and calculation, submit fabrication design drawings, issue MTO for purchase, prepare weight control report, and other necessary technical procedures; 2. Guide the junior drafter to prepare the fabrication design drawing under the satisfaction of the design requirement, and be responsible to the checking, interpretation and coordination; 3. Raise and/or review the list of exceptions/clarifications, to confirm that the same are consistent with the basis of the technical requirements;4. Responsible to technical support to the structure construction on yard, solve the technical problems, to assist the professional head of internal and external communication;5. Responsible to clarifications of inquiry technical and technical evaluation in project material procurement process, technical communication with mill suppliers and subcontractors;6. Review and digest documents for bidding projects, responsible to submitting tender structural materials substitute, necessary TQ and specifications of structural materials Inquiry;
