Business development- Manage the team and allocate resources. Guide team member to establish concept and review their status/progress. Ensure continuous improvement on personal skills of team member.- Take the Lead in various market research projects and collaborate with sales team and technical team to deep dive information, identify business opportunities & challenges for business development, including new product evaluation, solution to AGP replacement, Import & Export analysis. Communicate important matters with the management, and promoting team’s contribution to the company.- Provide report to Regional Head and Global Head such as feasibility studies M&A, Asset Optimization Proposal, Environmental Protection Impact, China Player Analysis, etc. - Support the management in negotiation meeting with potential suppliers in China.Market intelligence- obtained extensive experiences in evaluating the market & competitor intelligence especially in vitamins & carotenoids value chain, including backward/forward integration, new investment & capacity expansion and patents.- Up-to-date understanding and analysis of animal husbandry industry & price trend.- Establish and strengthen the relationship with industry contacts to establish a communication path and enhance the competition analysis.Project management- As the “China PMM (Price and Margin Management) Champion” and be responsible for the system smoothly changing from CSP to PMM for all sales including TW.- Work in Industry Team Food & Agriculture and collaborate with different BU to explore the market and generate new business (~RMB 40 million Sales in 2017).

Pricing management- Based on customer and competitor analysis, propose vitamin pricing/tactics, catch sales opportunities and well balanced the price and quantity & achieved the team’s sales target;- Manage the team and ensure successful implementation of pricing strategies;- Based on the market trend and customer buying analyses, provide rolling sales forecast to production and supply chain for defining production plan, raw material sourcing plan and stock management and finally meet customer needs timely;Customer and distribution channel management- Research, identify and develop existing and potential customer portfolio;- Lead and carry out sales activities by actively approaching MNCs and KAs and distributors. Define customer needs to enhance achievements of sales targets; - Have strong capabilities on establish and maintain a long-term relationship with KAs;- Coordinate and work with technical services and logistic personnel to solve customer problem / complaint and find solutions to future product development;- Coordinate use of distributor resources, e.g. Technical services, activities to provide valued added services to accounts;- Provide reports regarding customer profiles (including product application, services requirements, buying cycles, delivery schedules), business opportunities, sales data, product consumption/ performance, logistics services, problem areas.Contract and payment receivable management- Coordinate with customer services, logistics to support the delivery of sales contracts. - Provide customer credit information and ensure timely payment of receivables.

Market promotion- Responsible for promotion of products & image, including innovative promotion programs (exhibition, forum, seminar & customer day) to enhance the product recognition and sales performance.Project management- Coordinate the sustainability project SET to ensure the project proceed effectively.

Purchasing and transportation arrangement for two tolling plants- Establish procedures based on sales and production requirements; issue the purchasing orders for raw material & packaging materials; handle the follow-ups including defining logistics and transportation plan to ensure the timely delivery and storage safety;- Set up a database with proper indexing for all negotiation reports, receipts of invoices, etc. to ensure a complete accurate and easily accessible documentation system to trace records;
