► Establish and maintain the procedure and system of new product development and project management ;► Communicate closely with customers, understand customer needs and special requirements of products, and communicate with internal team to achieve customer goals;► Maintain smooth communication with internal departments, customers and suppliers to ensure timely and correct transmission of project information;► Kick-off the project and plan the whole project, clear the important goals and key tasks of the project phase, and formulate the overall project timing plan;►Follow up and coordinate the progress of the whole project to ensure thatthe important goals and key tasks (Prototype,OTS,PPAP,SOP, etc.) are completed on time;► Regula project meetings and project review meetings to promote the correction of various deviations in the project development process and promote productivity to meet RFQ;►Submit the progress Report of each project to the customer regularly (one-page-report);► Review and approve various change requests (PCR, ECR) in the project process, and maintain ,update the project schedule;► Organize the project team to make periodic summary of project progress (lesson learn), file project documents, conclude project end and transfer project.► 建立与维护新产品开发项目管理流程及制度；► 与客户紧密沟通，了解客户需求和产品的特殊要求，并与内部团队沟通以达到客户的目标；►与内部各部门、客户、供应商之间保持畅通的沟通交流，确保项目信息传递及时并正确无误;► 启动项目及规划项目整个过程，确定项目阶段目标和任务，制定整体项目时间计划；► 跟进及协调整个项目进度,确保关键任务和里程碑任务（Prototype,OTS,PPAP,SOP 等）按时完成；► 定期组织项目例会与项目阶段性审查会议，推动纠正项目开发过程的各种偏差和推动生产力满足RFQ；► 根据客户要求，定期提交各项目进展报告（One-Page-Report）；► 审核与批准项目过程中各类变更申请（P-CR、ECR），维护与更新项目进度计划；► 组织项目团队进行项目进度阶段性总结（lesson learn）、项目文件归档、项目结尾总结与项目移交；

► New product quote and technical feasibility analysis,built and maintain BOM (bill of material) for new product;► Organize to convene the product development team meeting,lead the technical quality review of new product in the early stage;► Keep technical communication with customers,DFMEA for new product and put forward reasonable suggestions;► Take over the customer's drawings / technical documents to convert for internal use;► To provide technicians and inspectors with technical guidance;► Participate in Mold Gesign / Tooling and Fixture Design / Gauge Design and the development process;► Design the product packaging and stipulate product process turnover / shipment ways;► Meet regularly (once a week to start) and go over new product development status,coordinate the relevant departments to promote the new product development schedule；► Lead to complete the APQP / PPAP development files to meet customer requirements;► Lead product design changes / manufacturing process changes, track and manage change plans;► Assist to handle customer complaints,analyze and optimize the manufacturing process,raise product quality;► 新产品报价和技术可行性分析，新产品BOM（物料清单）表的建立与维护；► 组织召开产品开发团队会议，主导新产品开发前期技术质量评审；► 与客户保持技术沟通交流，新产品设计潜在失效模式分析并提出合理化建议；► 对接客户图纸 / 技术文件进行内部转化使用；► 为制造技术人员和质量检验人员提供技术指导；► 参与模具设计 / 工装夹具设计 / 检具设计和开发过程；► 设计产品包装和规范产品周转 / 出货方式；► 定期召开会议审查新产品开发状态，协调相关部门推进新产品开发进度；► 主导完成APQP / PPAP等开发文件满足客户要求；► 主导产品设计变更 / 制造工艺变更，跟踪和管理变更计划；► 协助处理客户投诉，分析与优化制造工艺流程，提升产品质量；
