I am mainly responsible for oversea market promotion and business growth, including daily operation of online social media, customer relationship management (customer reception, pre/after sales, business negotiation), foreign distributor/agent management, technical interpretation etc. providing thorough product solutions to customers who'd like to ease the overall management of their storerooms.

I am responsible for Sumboy's civil products oversea business, including online&offline promotion plan designing, promotion-related copywriting, translation and execution (e.g. SEO, Linkedin, Facebook, twitter, exhibition organizing etc.), pre-/after-sales activities, customer relationship maintaining etc.II. All English-related tasks such as translation of product/company materials, foreign customers reception, English road show etc.

I. As GA Manager, I led the GA team to continuously applying to governmental projects and I was appointed to be in charge of the overall management of the GA team, not limited to copywriting guidance, paper defense, important governmental guests receiption etc.In the meantime, I also answered for the markting activities of the company, including:II. Marketing Promotion: I was in charge of the overall management of marketing team,including the design of promotion plan, KPI and cost control, schemes of website, WeChat as well as branding and products. Meanwhile, I am also responsible for copywriting and proofreading of both Chinese and English version advertorials, hard ads, news reports, text of statement, powerpoint slides, business plans, brochures, leaflets etc. and the reaching out as well as maintenance of social media. I was assigned as the one who's in charge of issuing documentations (application materials, feasibility reports etc.) and applying for projects, honorary titles and qualifications released by local governmental sectors such as Development and Reforming Office, Science and Technology Bureau, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau etc.II. I also took the responsiblity to write Business Plan, responsible investigation and other financing-related documents required by potential VCs.

Worked as the secretary to the Co Deans, I was in charge of writing, compiling both Chinese and English version news reports and internal journal of the law school and organizing activities such as international conferences, forums and workshops with a mainly responsibility in social media relationship maintenance.

I. Publishing Process Control: I had been responsible for coordination on time schedules, content and topics of Special Issues etc between Journal Editors, Guest Editors, Publishers and authors. II. Exhibition: I had been in charge of organizing worldwide academic symposiums correspond to Special Issues, I acted as the main contact both in pre-conference work and the onsite part, including calling for papers, management in paper submission and review process, contacting venue and organizing entertaining etc with positive feedbacks.
