Manage all kitchenware and cookware product color matching, check color on site at factories/supplier by following product management team’s direction on cosmetics, such as water transfer printing/mental printing/pattern sticker/powder coating/platic painting/ silk screen.10. Measure color delta deviation and report to oversea product management team.11. Manage color library and allocate color chips to all factories.12. Manage all national brand/client’s private label product color consistently in retailers.13. Support VP of China Sourcing & Operation to handle packaging cost issue.14. Visit packaging exhibition and explore environmental packaging material.Provide graphic art technology and printing solution to Graphic team, manage packaging proofing sheet for new design. 15.
