●Managing and maintaining sales data (CRM) and other software programs ,prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities,Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities●Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability,coSales Operations Managerordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and deliveries.●Managing orders and ensuring goods or services promised to customers are processed efficiently.●Documented and maintained sales processes ,ensuring scalability and consistency across the organization
