 Responsible for the sales of Tencube Mobile Security Application for Mobile Handsets in Greater China.  Defined marketing strategy and sales methodology for Tencube product. Successfully made Tencube to win "Award for Most Innovative Competitiveness" issued by China Mobile R&D Institute. Created business opportunities and achieved design wins with Mobile Manufactures, including Huawei, ZTE, and Telecom Operators, like China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom.

 Responsible for the sales of Enea products (Embedded RTOS OSE, Middleware, Telecom Protocol Stacks and In-memory database) in Asia-Pacific Region except Japan.  Defined marketing strategy and sales methodology for Enea products. Managed different accounts and prospects in different countries, like India, Australia, Singapore and Thailand. Successfully executed business with the customer's top management teams both directly and via a partner.  Drove regional revenue growth and profitability; found and created new business opportunities and got design wins with new customer and existing customers. For example successfully sold OSE in ZTE Mobile Platform Department, SIP protocol in Telstra and Thailand Mobile, Polyhedra in Singapore National Defense Lab, MGCP protocol in Nokia Siemens Networks. Win Global TOP Sales Award because of tremendously exceeding quota.

 Managed TTPCom customers in mainland China, including mobile handset Design Houses, ODMs, and OEMs.  Promoted and sold TTPCom's products to my accounts. First selling WCDMA Protocol Stack Suite to customer in mainland China. Advised the Marketing and management teams according to customer’s feedback. Worked with customers according to their products plan and priorities. Helped Simcom to develop the first Edge Datacard in China. Took ownership of all issues, including technical issues and commercial issues. Managed all contract negotiations locally and in line with worldwide contract pricing. Managed the execution of the signed contract.  Project management and coordination of TTPCom support resource for customers’ projects and products. Took care of bug fixes and release delivery. Organized resources at different sites to support the customer.

 Covered the complete steps of embedded system software development process: system design, code implementation, test case development, software customization, software release and validation;  Acted as a Project Manager to help customers to finish their projects and promote mobile Middleware Apoxi to customers. Supported key customers to develop mobile terminals, provided solutions for all the software issues and coordinated the internal development to meet the customer’s requirement.  Managed a small team of software engineers to fulfill the customers’ requests.  Worked as trainee in Comneon at Nuernberg, Germany for half year. Developed a trace tool with JAVA for Infineon Wireless Software System.
