● Responsible for plant level health services, medical systems, machine safety, general safety management.○ Subordinate: One occupational physician and one nurses.○ Responsible for delivery and follow up of standardized high quality Health and Safety services to meet production needs.○ Ensure that Volvo Cars China staffs has the necessary knowledge of the competence requirements which are developed by authorities and organizations regarding work environment.○ Responsible for deliver efficient Volvo Car China H&S management in compliance with legislation and Volvo China policy deployment.○ Support Volvo China’s Management team in Health & Safety issues.○ Supplier EHS Management.● Production of Non lost time case to keep 347 days.○ Working with five local hospitals to set up the health services, emergency Rescue, quick response system for foreign employees.○ No any rectification report of government.

● Work with Site SHE Manager to support manufacturing team to improve safety processes and overall safety performance. Interface with Engineering to support design - in safety principals for new equipment or processes (i.e.: Industrial Hygiene, Engineering for Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Purchasing, etc).○ Collect EHS data and prepare document in compliance with regulatory agencies and authorities Administer Health & Safety program.○ Documents and records collect and control in compliance with EHS system, such as ISO14001, OHSA18001 and so on.○ Support manufacturing and function teams to evaluate, analyze and eliminate or reduce the hazard and potential risks in jobs and environment protection, security, anti-fire and related safety aspects according to Group’s requirement.○ Conduct reviews of new equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and ergonomicsspecifications. Keep Ergo program records and tracing the improvement of the activities with high ergo risk in manufacturing.○ Attend Safety Observation Tours and tracing the corrective action as required to improve and enhance process.● Production of Non lost time case to keep 256 days.○ Complete all the ergonomics improvement program.○ Complete all high-risk operations improvement program.○ No any rectification report of government.
