I am in charge of the quality control on furniture/electronic/electric/tool and other products in Power in Cloud for both samples and mass products，Power in Cloud is a cross -border e-commerce trade company based in America and main business in America and via Amazon /E-bay.

My responsibility was to control the quality of the all kinds of furnitures/Home decorations/Sofa/Glasses/Ceramics/textiles and so on.Prepare relevant control plan，inspection criterion according to customer specifcations.Follow up internal and external customer complaint with coordinate defective analysis ，root cause analysis ，corrective actions initiation and implementation，response to customer in time，dispose the returned defective goods. Provide technical specifications and inspection notices for all kinds of new products to inspectors.

My responsibility was to control the quality of the final products for furnitures/stationeries/bags/electric appliances and other kinds of goods in sample stage and production period. Provide technical support to customers，report and share all urgent information to team members.And most of Office depot/Jo-ann/Next/John lewis/Avon production were handled by me.

My responsibility was to control the quality of the final products and arrange production schedule for our company exported products like gift/toys/hardweres/furnitures/glasswares/ceramics which had been sold to America by US companies such as QVC/ECKER/PUBLIX/CVS/ JO-ANN/Walgreen/Dollar tree/ Big-lots.Assisted hands on technical support during the sample development and final productions and participated in the evaluation of the quality of the products to make sure all the good meet customer request.

serviced for DS-MAX (HK)Co.Ltd as an inspector. My major responsibility was to control the quality of the final products such as gift，toy，suitcases，and lights before shipment and prepare the inspection reports.
