CH1 EMS program management.

Quality Operation, from incoming to outgoing quality assurence and control. Optimize human resource, develop automatic with detection capacity. Improve process quality issue, quality system, customer service, cost reduction etc.

After 15 years quality engineering and operation management, transferred to speical Huawei EMS factory program, follow project GM to coordinate each function team, take factory window to face Huawei each function including design, business, automatic team, testing, product NPI to MP, and develop EMS factory capacity with EMS management team, contribute on KPI of quality/delevery/cost/operations etc.

Assist factory owner to manage each department except finance and costom. Routine job for factory operation from incoming to outgoing and customer service. Develop new business with project managing from pilot to mass production. Improve productivity by automatic machine developping. Reduce cost by optimize material purchasing and team orginization, business process improvement etc.
