New project management1. Prepare quotations & adjust profit to award new project; 2. Lead project team & manage new projects from customer concept to production smoothly. Ensure all goods be delivered timely for each PO.3. Ensure continual management and development of project team to advance company efficiency & technology profile;4. Develop and maintain good relationships between internal project team and customers and internal relation department to ensure overall projects reach to mass production phase timely & smoothly;5. Focus on project investment control, team build & team development etc. activity;Transfer project Management1. Lead transfer project team handles all projects transfer from other sites of whole group.2. Use tool of 4M1E to do feasibility study before project transfer.3. Coordinate whole group resource to meet project requirement4. Establish the transfer project plan (including project transfer plan, facility transfer, SPCN qualification, ramp plan and delivery schedule etc...)5. ECN & EOL control

1. Feasibility study(Capability & Capacity), and cost analysis2. Work out project development schedule and budget.3. Set up project team.4. Responsible for trial run for each build to make sure delivery on time.5. Responsible for product qualification.6. Responsible for capacity planning to make sure project can be running smoothly during ramp up & MP stage.7. Cost control for each process.8. ECN management9. EOL management.
