Completed Resettlement Action Plan and Social Impact Assessment report;2. Completed several subprojects Social Stability Risk Assessment report;3. Participated in the whole project assessment stages and activities;4. Accompanied the E&S Specialist of NDB for field visiting during the assessment period.

Gained the approval of Loan agreement by IFO for PO; 2). Gained the site notices and Social License in time; 3). Avoided or minimized the LA&HR by optimizing design schemes.4).
