Be responsible for the assigned projects, including operating data tracking, huge data analysis in Excel format, data simulation by BESTFIT and HYSYS, and technical report written to give data analysis and advices. Resolve customer’s complaint.·Keep and develop a good relationship with clients. Support commercials on relationship building-up and maintenance. Make PPTs and present them to clients for each time commercial visiting.·On-site technical support, including construction review, new plant start-up, catalyst loading and reduction, and technical training for customers.
