Extensive experience in negotiation with CSFA about the GB FCM regulations drafting and modification, such as FC adhesive, FC lamination packaging, FC coating etc. Manage and direct chemical registrations, SDS/Label authoring and customer response in APAC, including KR/JP/PH/Thailand, taking chemical registration for example, successfully submission 171 pre-registration substances under KREACH, 44 simplified registrations under IECSC, 5 PLC registrations under KREACH, 2 SQI certification under PICCS. Delivery regulatory activities related to the development and launch of product innovation, such as the VOC issues, initiate the technical specification for green-design product assessment for adhesive with other adhesive manufacturers. PSRA expert in the global SOI (Substance Of Interesting) group, which covers R&D, PSRA, Technical, providing regulatory support and consultancy to customers in a business-oriented way. Preparation petition for medical application, such as CDE (Center for Drug Evaluation) registration.

Continue worked on DoC and communication with associations and government administration about the GB standards for FC (food contact) materials. Started to do petition for FC coating application with downstream. Developed and deployed early warning monitoring processes for detecting threats and opportunities from emerging standards and regulatory with high potential product impact or business risk. Implemented global RMs standard harmonization with other affiliates and the headquarter, especially the RMs which are used on adhesive for FC application. Facility team to do registration for non-phase in substances in APAC.

Dedicated effort to drafting GB standards of adhesive for food contact application. Invited to give a presentation about how to do risk control for food contact adhesive. Tracing the regulations and giving impact analysis on PSRA newsletter quarterly. Responsible for the product safety and regulatory compliance needs for new product development (NPD) projects as well as to existing product improvement projects (PM Productivity and Maintenance) while working within a cross-functional team. Won the best team award for cost saving in 2016. Provided consistent, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Communicated with customers about corresponded regulations and provided related training. Safety evaluated, controlled and maintained RM information.
