1. Focused on early stage equity investment in AI, IoT, Smart Device and other fields. Responsible for project exploration, due diligence, negotiation and agreement drafting in Shenzhen.2. Conducted interviews on more than 250 start-ups and completed 6 investment projects in ventures covering drone industry, STEAM education and other sectors.3. Closely connected with incubators, early capitals and entrepreneurs. Have occasionally been invited to start-up roadshows and forums as a reviewer or guest.

1. Pre-investment research: Evaluated more than 200 companies during PE stage and conducted due diligence on 20 targets. Responsible for drafting investment proposals, due diligence reports and other documents, offering recommendations to fund's decision committee.2. Investment stage: Assisted in formulating investment schemes, making investing agreements and other related matters. Participated in several successfully projects, including UnionPay Merchant Service, Fujian Torch Electronics (A-shares listed), Shanghai Tanda, Nanfang Pharmaceutical, etc., with overall investment amount of 300 million yuan.3. Post-investment management: Tracked 10 previously invested projects through regular on-site interviews, financial status and operation assessment, and then produced monthly post-investment management reports.4. Fund management: Responsible for the operation of two provincial funds and establishment of Fujian Provincial Emerging Industry Fund (1.53 billion yuan). Cooperated with Fujian Industrial Guiding Fund, handling routine matters, preparing quarterly fund management reports, etc.5. Conducted intensive industry researches in semiconductor, CRISPR, cancer immunotherapy, AI, blockchain, BMI, etc. and shared with colleagues via presentations on a regular basis.

Responsible for Letter of Credit business and issued 220 letters of credit with total amount of 2.3 billion yuan. Collaborated closely with procurement department and liaised with issuing banks.
