• Assist the general manager in analyzing the market, industry, and competitive companies and determine the company's future strategic development plan.• Assist headquarters in formulating and optimizing workflow for skydiving drop zones and manage drop zone operations.• Cooperate with marketing, sales, instructors, and other departments to ensure project delivery and meet business goals and objectives.• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the skydiving camp (including instructors' itinerary, marketing, site management, etc.).• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the skydiving license course (including instructors' itinerary, student management, site management, etc.) with 70 graduates.• Maintain relationships with overseas suppliers and be responsible for purchasing skydiving gear. In the 18 months since being responsible for overseas markets, has successfully obtained dealerships for 12 brands and collaborated with overseas suppliers to enhance the company's brand awareness. Also responsible for retail and inventory management.• Responsible for foreign instructors' coordination, including hiring, visa application, itineraries, work arrangement, etc.• Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
