Design and Implement Industry 4.0 project in the manufacturing plant1.Design the automation or semiautomation assembly line solution 2.Design the information system (MES) and implement LOT in the manufacturing plant3.Design and implement auto-logistic solution

• Lead the industrial team which are including Parts Tooling, Industrial Quality, Assembly process , Test and Equipment to finish the new design product industrialization process. • Make a human resource & budget plan, make time schedule, investment capex plan, business case analysis and industrial quality. management plan ; which must been reviewed and got agreement with project steering committee and plant ;monitor project schedule , budget and quality to meet project target until the project close. • Make the industrial strategy analysis, including: Final assembly plan choice, Make or Buy analysis, and involve in the parts supplier mapping and supplier chain mapping design. • Calculate and follow up the product cost (COGS) from project open to close, make sure the product cost meet the marketing target.• Lead the industrial team review the product concept design and drawing to finish the DFM file in order to reduce mass production cost and risk. • Lead industrial team to finish Parts Tooling/Equipment/MES/Assembly line spec., supplier choice, procurement and final qualification meanwhile finish all the industrial quality management system: PFMEA, CQCP, PPEP... • Organize team to finish the manufacture prototype and pilot run, transfer all the tooling and assembly line to the plant after audit

• Use the SPS rules and LADM methodology to design and launch the new assembly line for OCP project.• Make the DFA report for the new product design and follow up the feedback from designer.• Design the fixture/Jig/gauge according to the PFMEA and assembly requirement.• Review the line design with plant and transfer the line the plant after audit.• Provide the optimized investment capex for assembly line.

• Lead industrial engineer and industrial technician to manage the IE activity for a group of product line. • Responsible for making the STD time, Line layout, workstation design ,capacity analysis. • Lead implementation lean production project.

• Create and maintains Material Master in SAP, including: create BOM, Routing, work center.• Calculate and monitor assembly shop floor KPI: OEE, productivity; drive continuous improvements to meet the target KPI.• Perform capacity analysis and utilize great detail of data to predict capacity and capital requirements. • Implement lean project in Molex shanghai plant.• Provide accurate and updated layouts for manufacturing plant.

• Responsible for the Industrial engineering activities of the PCBA assembly line • New product assembly process design, fixture design and write the process documents• Measure and make the STD timetable, design assembly line layout , capacity analysis, and operators shift arrangement• Improve manufacturing efficiency, production cost control and reduction, optimize the assembly process
