Main responsibilities:- Make the promotion plan of the product, the maintenance plan of the traditional market, and the development plan of the new market;- Analyze the market and industry situation, forecast the future development trend, so as to provide the directional guide for the sales and marketing activities;- Control Multi Contact China's main financial indicators (cost, profit, margin, turnover, etc.), and hedge the business risks;- Manage Multi Contact China's business group, included sales, administration, marketing, R&D, project, technical support, application, etc.;- Keep good communication with the head quarter and Multi Contact China's team;- Focus on the team management, and evaluate employees' performance;- Manage key accounts, and maintain the good customer relationships.
