Finance Controller 2014- Current1.Leading Finance closing process and ensure that all financial processes and internal controls, including DOA, are implemented, robust and compliant with SPX policy and SOX process2.Actual cost vs Plan cost control,3.Lead project yearly budget, Monthly outlook & quarterly deep dive for Finance result, ensure budget &forecast transparency and accuracy & timely4.Manage the cashflow -Project invoicing and cash collection forecasting of specific milestones-Work with project management and finance to support timely cash collection-Support creating cash flow forecast activities in cooperation with purchasing and project management.
