1、服从统一指挥，严格执行工作指令，一切工作行为以公司利益为优先考虑； 2、建立健全部门工作流程标准和完成目标； 3、根据企业经营目标制定年度采购工作计划，为产品定制、开发、采购决策提供建议和信息支持； 4、负责供应商年度合同的签订，经销资格的认证、争取供应商相关支持政 策等相关工作； 5、拜访/接触供应商、经销商，收集相关市场政策、生产及发展规划等信息； 6、考察包材商，协调供应商、包材商与我方工作对接，确保采购工作高效 有序进行； 7、了解供应商生产流程和关键控制点，跟踪生产过程、协调付款、生产、发货、售后等与酒厂对接所有相关工作； 8、对接供应商/包材商相关的物资采购方式（货到付款、款到发货、批量采购、零星采购等），以符合公司管理规定、财务要求为限，根据权限进行操作， 特殊情况需报批。 9、负责相关供应商、产品资质文件等资料的收集整理，并及时传达相关需求部门； 10、 对各供应商工作流程进行准确记录，定期分析并及时提出工作相关问 题的改进建议； 11、维护、发展与供应商之间的关系，不断提高产品开发采购效率； 12、做好公司内部各部门相关工作的沟通。
