Current• Full-cycle implementation of SAP projects with ECC6.0 central components and configuration• Responsible for HP implementation Projects, mainly covering Asia Pacific, America region.• Take part in whole lifecycle from Business Blueprint through configuration to production operation which provides a central access tool, method and preconfigured content• Optimize business processes / gap analysis between as-is and to-be• Based on business requirement, provide technical analysis and map business requirements to SAP function specifications• Independently complete system configuration ranged from Purchasing, Logistics Invoice Verification, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory and Automatic Account Determination• Document Business Blueprint processes and compose business process flow by Visio in English• Upload production data when project go live by using LSMW • Prepare Integration Test scripts and lead test phases from master data preparation, transactional data creation and final financial data verification• Perform key user and end user training• Analyse business process and design in terms of SAP Authorization Management in PDM/MM/SD moduleProject ExampleClient: HP internal business groups-GPSProjet#8: Nextgen project, which is a long term implementation project last for two-years (2013-2015, it migrates buy/sell business from the Legacy Nexus 10 platform to go-forward SAP ERP, and bond SAP ERP to e2Open Collaboration Cloud solution.
