Develop varies type of assays to identify target protein, including SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, ELISA, Immuno-Fluorescence (IF), Isoelectic Focusing Electrophoresis (IFE) and Immuno-precipitation (IP)。Perform protein purification using varies strategy such as: Affinity Purification, Hydrophobic Interaction, Iron-Exchange and Size Exclusion.
