 Retail franchisee management.- Improve and draw up store development management, from address selecting、store image、traffic flow planning、visual merchandising and behavior SOP to staff engagement etc.- Enhance key issues of store traffic and sales conversion, including customer flow、conversion rate、customer satisfaction、customer loyalty and CRM system, enhance the conversion rate courses from related items, including tire related services、maintenance related services etc.- Lead and foresee customer requirement, track and analysis store revenue and profits, lead outstanding cases to improve national consultant working in store.- Organize on-going training for retail consultant in store finance management. Ensure the evaluations are established aligning Michelin global policy.- Follow up yearly Michelin global policy, take the right ratio of performance from develop store、store quality、executive etc.- Localize SOP standard according Michelin global guideline.- Monthly field working with national consultants, supervise retail consultants’ working method, collect on-site situation & feedback from both of external customers & internal colleagues.- Attend consultant office meeting to ensure consultant teams deliver the accurate information and well-known headquarter policy. Retail consultant training and KPI achievement management- Formulate yearly retail consultant training plan and main courses, within improve main courses, including retail logic、store diagnose、retail consultants’ visiting working process、dealer personnel structure、communication method.- Set yearly/half year/seasonal target, ensure periodical key direction conducted by consultants , including: volume sales result、customer activities、new store development, SKU coverage、key SKU performance、central purchasing platform sales result、visit quality、visit frequent、visit coverage etc.- Record and track performance of trainees, provide feedback and improvement solutions timely.

 Manage franchisee in Hebei & Shandong Province- Manage and improve dealers’ operation situation, people structure, stuff performance, working SOP, in store meeting, customer experience management, reception management, etc.- Analysis dealers’ data, draw up action plan, evaluate tire business、tire related business、maintenance related business situation to provide solution.- Dealer sales volume management, according to the contract with Michelin, help dealer sell in and sell out.- Manage multiple branch stores management, improve operation and business result. Develop new store to upgrade Michelin retail store.- Cold visit for potential dealers.- Provide supplement for low grade dealers.

 Develop、maintain the matching ability for OEM business- Develop with SAIC Motor Group, communicate with purchasing managers and internal technical section, according to the SAIC Motor’s demand, collaborate with internal technical team to work out solutions for demanded standard.- Maintain and chasing bigger ratio in SAIC Motor.

 Proficient in internal/external sales & marketing work method and process.- Field with all different parts of Chinese area, record and report the reality situation, learn the ways to sell in and sell out method.- Know well about marketing working process, internal communications with supply chain、operation、sales forces.- Learn internal working tools, including skype and sales dashboard.
