① RFQ stage: basing on different proposal, collect information of BOM cost, tooling/fixture/machine/tester cost quotation, and investment return, to preliminarily evaluate and select better proposal for presenting to customer;② Manage sample order, including purchasing materials, supporting engineer and buyer to select vendor, following sample schedule and quality issue;③ From five stages (Feasibility Study, Design Validation, Process Validation, Specification Confirmation, Mass Production), to monitor projects launch. Includes making project timeline, planning and pushing on preparation of materials, toolings, fixtures, testers; arranging meeting for CFT(Cross Functional Team) discussion/review, leading/pushing related departments to maintain/update projects status records; and also share forecast information internally, to ensure no delay in timeline;④ After mass production, assist Quality, Production and other related Departments to handle customer feedback and complaints;⑤ Monthly sort out, consolidate, check project income and spending;⑥ Take charge of Debit/Credit Note and Invoice for projects;⑦ Prepare for and participate customer visit, such as informing/working with related divisions involved in customer tour plan for preparation, normally including visit in Show Room, Production line, Clean Room, Test Laboratory, RoHS & Reach Laboratory, Tooling Room, Chip line, SMT line, System simulation demo, etc. Meanwhile, also handle hotel and van reservation, and plan for catering request.

After trial-run succeeding, push customer for approval, and official order of mass production;③ Handle mass production orders, including pushing/coordinating related departments to solve all problems during production;④ Manage normal customer service (customer feedback and complaint).
