1.Improve company financial management policies and financial account & supervision system with effective internal control2.Grasp financial situation, operation outcomes and fund movement situation for the Group and its subsidiaries, provide month and quarterly operation analysis3. Oversee and Monitor the fund status for FPS and design finance plan. 4. Establish and improve all treasury processes procedure and guidelines for FPS . Manage treasury operations including cash pooling monitoring FX risk assessment and hedging execution ,investment portfolio management etc.5. Responsible for verifying financial plans, cost plans, financial report, account final report, annual audit report and other finance-related matters ie business contracts and agreements.6. Maintain good relationship with institutions ie Finance Office, Tax Office, Commence Bureau banks and accounting firms for carrying out related policies.7. Participate in company’s annual budget consolidation, verification and adjustment submitted by various departments.8.Participate in company’s overall taxation plan and management9. Participate in operation analysis and decision-making for major investment projects, and provide financial support

1.Fully responsible for daily finance department management work2.Responsible for financial accounting work and submission of financial report3.Responsible for financial report analysis, budgeting implementation, fund planning and capital assets management4.Responsible for financial policies’ implementation, revision and procedure optimization5.Responsible for AR, AP and expenses management, and sales expenses planning and its regular verification6. Communicate with outside institutions ie Tax Office, banks and accounting firms etc.7. Participate in company business activities ie project planning, project development, and provide necessary financial analysis for decision making.
