Issue and maintain purchase orders to company factories or other external vendors according to sales forecast and demand plan, keep regular contact with factories to follow up production and order status, collect and draft relevant shipping documents. Cooperate with third party broker agent to accelerate import customs clearance, warehousing and CIQ release; Report to HQ about any transportation issues, damage products, insurance&claim and monthly review damage COGS for continuous quality improvement;Act as the single contact window with 3PL, manage daily inbound/outbound, repacking operation and sales order delivery, ensure KPI fulfillment, such as: inventory accuracy, damage rate, DIFOT, etc. Work with cross functions control inventory, deal with return goods and disposal;Initiate 3PL SOP, manage relationship, implement continuous improvement and increase efficiency with 3PL through regular meetings to review KPI and improve process. Periodically perform logistics check and stock take. Ensure logistics status confirm to company H&S requirements and food safety regulations; Monthly do and manage integrated business planning;Acquaint with supply chain full scope operations and SAP key user;

Issue purchase orders to company factories or other overseas vendors according to sales demand and forecast;Maintain communications with Sales and Engineering Department to comprehend projects' status delivery requirements;Maintain daily contacts with overseas vendors, closely follow up purchase orders and solve any problems that may cause delay;Make shipping documents, arrange ex-warehouse pick up, transportation and insurance through third party forwarder overseas;Work with third party broker finish customs declaration, inspection, clearance, delivery and warehousing;Analyze, optimize and control OTD Lead time to improve order fulfill and timely arrival rate; Check inventory and stock take periodically;Cooperate with the finance department to clear GR&IR and finish payment application;Order management and documentation archiving;

Maintain contact with Chinese exporters to assist clients in preparing for export documentation;According to the requirements of contracted countries, verify customers' quality documents, arrange SGS laboratory testing and on-site inspection;Keep touch with importing countries, understand and update relevant standards and technical requirements in a timely manner;Follow up projects status and give feedbacks to relevant parties, track projects progress, ensure certification time to speed up clients' customs clearance in destination;Respond to customer, sales and laboratory consulting, maintain and update customer data base;Other statistical recording，related registrations and coordination;

Collect domestic market information and supplier materials, contact and get samples according to the sales demand from HQ;Assist Purchase Manager of Great China in supplier selection, negotiation and contracting;Issue external purchase orders, maintain daily communications with external suppliers and order tracking, ensure orders are well processed, report or solve related issues and finished products arrived in time;Check completion of total order, supervise production progress of internal factory and contact forwarders to manage booking, dispatching, loading, shipping, documentation and other matters;Classify completed purchase orders, establish supplier records and purchase contract management;Support other business;
