In the process of increasing the global influence of various organizations, the views of enterprises on leadership gradually change. The diversity of the working environment requires employees to adapt to changes sufficiently and quickly, to meet the goals and vision of the enterprise (Bartley Research). From the perspective of my personal career, communication skills, emotional intelligence, critical thinking and business acumen, professional skepticism and interpersonal skills are the five most important values of being an auditor (Forbes Insight 2018). The skills I learned from the current course are application of office software, oral communication in English, written ability, data analysis ability, planning and management ability, which are all the fundamentals of an auditor.
