Job Responsibilities:  In-bound & Out-bound logistics concept planning / service tendering and operation management (Milk-run & L/FTL transportation / external VMI warehouse handling)  Logistics cost control and conduct cost saving activities.  Build up BFCEC package specification, steer bin concept planning / Pallet Loop Day planning, support buyer for package and transportation cost negotiation.  Develop and manage local returnable steel rack and exporting wooden / carton package for finished goods. Project experience:  BFCEC ISG new engine plant inbound transportation and packaging planning.

Job Responsibilities:  Be operationally and financially responsible for the daily operation management of in-bound logistics and carry forward QCD improvement  Establish technical standard and management processes for both 3PL and self-owned trucks. Maintain reasonable KPI structure and regular review it for better performance.  Supervise logistics quality, analyze and handle logistics defect, deal with complaint against it.  Control variable cost of company self-owned trucks.  Compile transportation operation statistics, conducted analysis for potential cost saving. Project experience:  Inbound transportation planning of new CV assembly plant
