Recruitment Management:- Establish and maintain the recruitment system, policy and process;- Manage external recruitment resource, including selection, negotiation, contract signing and relationship maintenance, such as, liepin.com, ChinaHR.com, headhunter services, etc.- Develop and maintain all recruitment channels, build up recruiting pipeline and talent pool;- Work with Business Department to identify the HC requirements, prepare annual recruitment plan, review and refine the Job Description for candidate searching;- Timely analyzing present recruitment strategies, and enhance with creative sourcing methods;- Prepare weekly recruiting report to management team;- “Recruiting Specialist” hiring.Social Recruitment:- Search candidates, screen resumes, first round interview, and coordinate interviews;- Further interviews with candidates, provide consulting / advices to hiring manager;- Offer negotiation and delivery;Campus Recruitment:- Build and maintain the relationship with University;- Full charge to organize and implement the campus recruitment program;
