My name is Mike Hsiao. I have been working as a production planner for 3 years at Tonghsing Electronics Industries Ltd., a well-known semiconductor company with CMOS processes in Taiwan. In my role, I oversee the control of CLIP/CVP/OTD/CT. I am responsible for internal production management, including Major Production Scheduling, factory capacity planning, new product introduction planning, cross-departmental project collaboration, abnormal handling across production lines and departments, and coordinating factory resources to meet customer demands.As a result, effective schedule arrangement and a keen sensitivity to figures are key abilities I possess. Additionally, I am well-versed in handling multitasking situations, especially when dealing with customers contributing more than 50% of the revenue to our plant.I believe I am qualified for this position based on my previous experiences and my proactive, flexible thinking, and responsible characteristics. Looking ahead, I aspire to contribute my strengths and aim to lead a team within 3 to 5 years. My goal is not only personal success but also to elevate the performance of everyone in the group.
