主要负责大窑湾三期集装箱码头的全过程建设管理工作，该项目由大连港股份有限公司、中海码头发展有限公司、日本邮船株式会社合资建设，项目总投资约19亿人民币。本人从项目筹备期开始参与，经历了项目前期准备、资源获取、初步设计、施工图设计、采购招标、工程施工、设备建造、工程验收、试运行、正式竣工等全过程，并在建成投产后承担了后期设施运行管理工作。作为业主项目经理，主要负责与项目相关方的沟通协调，组织相关方完成前期手续、方案设计、设计变更、采购招标、合同签订等工作，在工程实施过程中牵头安全、质量、投资、进度等多要素管理，并组织相关方完成项目验收、试运行和正式竣工投产工作。这段工作经历奠定了本人的工作风格，形成了清晰的工作思路。通过一个大型基础设施项目的全过程项目管理，使我从一名工程师成长为一名优秀的项目经理，大大提升了个人工作能力，开阔了眼界。 I was in charge of the construction management of Container Terminal for the 3rd phase(第三期） at Dayaowan, which was jointly constructed by Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited , China Shipping Terminal Development Co. Ltd, and NYK, with a total investment of about 1.9 billion RMB. Having participated in the project during the preparatory period, I went through the project preparation, preliminary design, construction planning design, procurement, construction, equipment construction, project acceptance, trial operation, the formal completion of the whole process, and was responsible for the operation and management after the completion of infrastructures. As the project manager, my main responsibility focused on the communication and coordination with project stakeholders, conducting the preliminary procedures, project design, design alterations, tendering and contract signing, etc., playing a leading role to ensure security in construction, guarantee quality, investment and progress, the project acceptance, trial operation and formal completion as well as operation.This job helped to shape my own working style, and rendered me a clear thought for work. By participating in the whole process of project management for the large-scale infrastructure project, I grew from an engineer to a good project manager, greatly broadening my vision and enhancing my working competence.
