1. Develop effective mid-to-long term supply chain strategy and operating models for the company.2. Manage the OEM/ODM manufacturers and 3rd party logistics vendors to execute and deliver aligned targets for quality, cost and lead time.3. Drive functional excellence in partnership with R&D and PM team to successfully achieve target contribution margins for existing and new product lines/categories/SKUs.4. Form and develop a highly capable supply chain team consisting of sourcing, demand flow, warehousing/logistics to support the company’s sustainable growth.

1. 全面主持供应链团队建设，根据业务需求组建供应链平台，完成与其它部门业务流程对接2. 制定和完善供应链年度战略规划，制定供应商寻源、采购、商务谈判等管理工作流程，确保产品交付，并根据业务的变化不断优化3. 负责万达广场智慧场景硬件制造商准入，开发关键器件供应商/技术解决方案供应商，并建立相关产品供方库4. 供应链团队管理，人员管理，工作安排，KPI考核及团队工作汇报等5. 商务合同谈判，优化产品成本，合同的拟定和执行，合理有效控制供应商的交货质量和货期6. 供应商管理，保证与供应商合作的顺畅，确保资源按时按质交付，通过管理手段盘活供应商资源池、培养优秀与稳定的供应资源7. 采购执行管理，包括但不限于需求理解、库内供应商选择、供应商资源有效管理、商务谈判、成本控制、交付管理、组织验收等

1. Establish supply chain project management rules and related templates, guide the regional managers to execute2. Ensure the supply continuity of materials to support market demands, monitor inventory level, take immediate recovery actions for any shortages3. Manage the logistic resources, choosing the material supplier and logistic supplier, make service level evaluation, set up KPI, etc4.
