1. Project leader of new hose development in Changzhou, cooperate with US new product team on new hose developemt, one briddge between Changzhou team and global team.2. Report the project progress to Gates global team via conference call on a regular basis.3. Conduct hose pilot build in Changzhou following experimental design from global product developemnt team, work with planning and production team to get build completed on time，follow up process and testing.4. Analyze collected process data lot tracking info, review with global team to get action plan for process improving and design revise.5. Work with Changzhou lab team on test failure analysis, identify the root cause.

Create explode drawings, clarify the needs for exchange of assembly and parts with the product design department and production department, then confirm the result. Establish master data ibase and BOM at SAP, confirm the standard of material purchase, and match with explode pictures .Design the parts and assembly for machine upgrade. Provide 2-D drafting, 3-D modeling, and 3-D assembly.Test the modification of machine upgrade.Timely and accurately deliver spare parts catalogue. make sure being consistent with the configuration customer requires.

Design the support of flowmeter calibration stand;Provide 2-D drafting, 3-D modeling, and 3-D assembly support to R&D, manufacturing and engineering departments.Perform necessary design calculations involving parts and materials, machine tolerances, and manufacturing processes.Create or change product documentation to support marketing and approval requirements.Determine material quantities, create bills of material and part specifications for the design effort.Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and perform tolerance stack analyses to part, assembly or tooling designs.Manage an Engineer Change Order project to implement product changes

In charge of drawings, prepare technical documents; design the fixture of product ;supervise the mechanical processing.Work closely with Purchasing, Production and Engineering Departments for quality control.
