子供の行動分析から、教材作り、短中長期目標の設定、保護者フィードバックまでを一括して一人で行います。担当した子供がどんな特性をもっていて何が欠けているのかを分析し、その子に合う目標をたてて指導をする仕事です。

<​Objective>Clarifying new business model of TRUMPF Hüttinger, and share its important information with all subsidiaries in other countries to integrate understanding toward the new business model globally and improve business efficiency between departments in headquarter and between headquarter and subsidiaries. -Analysis of current existing business process at TRUMPH Huttinger based official documents in the process landscape and discussion with Managers of different departments.-Identification of process gaps due to restructuring of TRUMPF Huttinger organization into Business Unit, Sales and Marketing, R&D and assigned international service and sales subsidiaries.-Redesign and arrangement of international business process to optimize co-operation in between all department involved -Documentation of new designed business process in official Quality process landscape supported by explanation on the base of company internal WIKI-Training of all business process involved parties including international sales and service subsidiaries
