MXIS Group, or known as Zhong Mei Group, is an innovative multi-services group company. Its business ranges from real estate development, to industrial park development, elderly cares, advertising, and agricultural, etc. It focuses on clients' differentiated needs and offers a full package of lifestyle services.My role:1. Establish strategic plans for international business with discreet analysis into company's intentions, global preference and social environment. Update them according to the company's different developing stages. 2. Develop business with foreign partners from Japan, Israel, Netherlands to Germany, America, Canada, etc. 3. Introduce targeted foreign partners to company's industrial parks or small towns. 4. Other activities related to global issues.

1. Update the business plan of Canadian company with local colleagues (based in Vancouver), and execute it accordingly. 2. Supervise daily operations of Canadian company. 3. Organize training programs for Canadian colleagues. 4. Analyze differentiated needs of Chinese clients to immigrate to Canada, by conducting research and co-operating with immigrant agencies. The Canadian company was closed due to a full package of cost-saving plan. My duties extended into company audits and personnel dismissal.
