•Overseas sourcing for purchase (import)-Sourcing various items for local franchise and other business (From food materials to subsidiary materials)• Cooperation with more than 130 factories in China, 2 companies in Taiwan and Sri Lanka.-Communication with suppliers on price negotation (MOQ, raw material), -Supervising the producing process from design (making mold) to sampling, and to bulk producing. - Inspecting quality before loading to container through video.•Working for efficient consolidation in FCL, customized by vessel/air schedule-Checking import process and local sales requirements (Korean customs clearance requirements - like labels, declaration, KC certification and etc.)• Coping with Master business from oversea brands or potential partners from other countries.-Daily official website update for Chinese version (News, pics., blogs and etc.)-Document translation (among Korean, English and Chinese for Cosmetic and other businesses)

•Export management -Sales and Maintain-Documentation (purchase order, contract, Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and others (applying for CO and insurance, if necessary))-Vessels booking (+DM, DT control), inland trucking -Inventory management (normal warehouses and bounded warehouses)•Import management-Sourcing product (and price negotiation, MOQ set, producing scheduled by contract)-Documentation (Custom clearance, Settlement shipping invoice fee and get D/O)-local sales – Bidding (Hyundai, SeAH, Kisco, Taewoong…) (Send the alloys’ inquiry to all the suppliers according to the specifications of steel plant's bid)- Research Ferro Alloy's market trend and currently price by each item (+exchange rate)- Malt business (Import from German and Belgium) •Domestic managementCS and Inventory- controlling local customers’ (Lotte, 7brau Still industries…) delivery schedules.)- Deal with claims and any unexpected issues including shipment delay, and material quality or shortagesInventory management (expire date check and warehouse fee clearance)

•Sales and marketing, staffs’ training, inventory management-Plan training courses and strategies for basic skincare knowledges and sales skills.-Keep focus on marketing to increase company’s own brand’s awareness. -Integral Inventory control (strictly control the safety stock level, stock amounts as well as warehouse organization) •On-site management -Coping with all kinds of emergencies or conflicts happened in the worksite. -Dealing with Claims and raising service levels.•Daily meeting and performance check with team leaders.•Frequently checking with travel agency and tour guides for better performance.

•Logistics sales by sourcing overseas partners•Finding the potential clients•Import process and logistics(Assist customers to check the feasibility of import items and their accordingly tariffs. If the items have some restrictions, then give the customer instructions how to process. - Give customers freight quotation according to the locations of departure and arrival, and the possible schedule, both by air and by ocean.)•Communicate and negotiate with multiple liners and logistics agents for freight charge, space, schedules.•Sourcing partners and possible trade items for company’s own business.(Expand overseas markets by making more partnerships with foreign logistics, so that we can deal with their Korean parts.)•Be responsible for trade projects developed by our own company including plant pots, skin care devices, and olive oil.

•Local sourcing for cosmetics (small and medium-sized company) and taking charge of marketing and making promotions.•Inventory control (strict in each item’s safety stock level and stock amount) •Training and supervising sales staff and proceeding direct sales if necessary (foreign customers only)
