- Managing production & shipment status of India local production about Newly launching Brands (Pororo Innerwear) → 66 styles 86,000 pcs- Preparing English Technical Package for execute production in India local factory- Update weekly production status report and sharing with Korea HO- Checking all confirmation samples (Lab dip, print & emb S/O, FIT sample, PP sample, In line sample, shipment sample)- Analyze Cost break up for all styles, price negotiation with suppliers and arranging Sales Contract.- Searching and suggest New fabric swatches and print & emb technics for new design development for next season.

- Managing entire area for operationg India Factory (placed Tamilnadu state in India, 16 sewing lines, 1,000 workers, yearly turnover 10 million USD) - Make plan and execure for weekly line schedule - Managing BEP for each lines and productivity - Managing production status of CMT orders for self factory and FOB orders for outside suppliers (entire process from raising P.O. to shipment) - Analyze cost break up for each styles and proceed price negotiation with HO - Update cost data for each season and provide to HO - Sales management for Brand people in HO to receiving new orders (Suggest new farbric developments and various print and emb technics for each season)
