Leading Social Enterprise Accelerating Team, I am responsible for providing accelerating programs for social enterprises prior to their IR for impact investing. More than half of the companies we had our hands on were successful in obtaining impact invseting. My responsibility also covers supporting SE MBA program at KAIST, also providing accelerating programs as well as coordinating professors at KAIST to provide proper curriculum and supports for students to be better equipped as social entrepreneurs. Previously, my work covered both accelerating and impact investing for the last three years, leading impact investing for 17 social enterprises for about US$3mil, resulting in more than 40% and 50% of their social value and sales growth respectively. As an impact investor, we perform thorough due diligence and valuation on potential investees' financial and social values so that we can develop growth strategy together and set performance target upon investment.Prior to joining the Happiness Foundation 5 years ago, I worked in a marketing strategy division in SK Telecom and company strategy in Monitor Group.
