Participated in two major research projects during my 1 year and 6 months as an undergraduate research assistant.Project 1: Development of Scenario and Path Planning Algorithm for Delivery Robots Boarding and Alighting from EVs(Requested by Polaris3D, April 2023 – August 2024)Conducted research on the development trends of mobile robot path planning algorithms by reviewing academic papers, focusing on the authors' claims and supporting evidence.Analyzed the evolution of algorithms, highlighting how newer approaches addressed previous limitations while introducing new advantages, which facilitated the selection of the most suitable algorithm for delivery robots.Assisted in efficient code design by analyzing pseudocode, especially when algorithm implementation was required.Enhanced my proficiency in C programming through code implementation and optimization during the project.Project 2: PPP-RTK Technique Using SSR Corrections and ARAIM Technology Considering KPS(Requested by LIG Nex1)As the topic required initial learning, I supported the research team by conducting literature reviews and providing selected papers to shorten the time spent by graduate students in locating necessary materials.Assisted in sourcing appropriate data from NASA’s Broadcast Ephemeris data that matched the project scenarios, contributing to inputting this data into an open-source RAIM system for result validation.Organized input/output data of functions in the open-source system, "masst_ARAIM," and contributed to analyzing the algorithms.
