As a managing direcor during 5 years in Asia (Singapore) , I achieved logistics professionalism in S.E.Asia in terms of on-shore project, regional hub warehouse and freight forwarding under aligned ledership with devoted colleagues. The key successful factor in logisics is how to design supply chain pool that keep providing continuous solution and improvement to customers. In asia business in logistics field, building up emotional relationship with customers is another winning point.

During 5 years as a head of sales planning, marketing team, I dedicated to global sales promotion to key global customers and supported pantos overseas offices in building customer relationship and making-up sales. Devoted myself let pantos be a global player as proposed and executed ocean bidding process that resulted in $40M cost reduction, developed MNC customers that turned into meaningful sales figure and organized global sales strategy&processs that transformed pantos into global feature.

Specialized in ocean pricing to global BCO/NVO including Sony / P&G / Nike / DHL / Shenker etc Espcially the skill and know-how of analyzing carrier operation unit cost is quite important tools that let HMM lead a price negotation with customers. Route and booking management in cooperation with overseas brance was daily,weekly work and reveiw performance by each overseas branch was monthly work.
